Pet sitting is something we like to do to raise more funds for our mission. If you’re in Redondo Beach, CA or Central Coast CA or planning to visit either location contact us for your tourist needs! We offer some limited overnight capacity in home or if you’re doing activities and your furry friend isn’t allowed, we can provide dog day care service while you’re at play. All funds go to animal rescue, as we take no paycheck or salary for our services. DM us to learn more! We are pup sitting these two sweeties while their family is visiting ❤️

We don’t deserve dogs ❤️🥺😭

After the Guadalupe River subsided following the July 4 floods in Texas, a brown pitbull named Hulk returned to the ruins of his family’s riverside home, which had been partially swept away. He stationed himself on a broken floorboard, sniffing the air. A day later, still unmoved, he caught the attention of worried neighbors and friends who contacted Kerrville Pets Alive, a local no-kill shelter. The shelter’s vet team arrived and discovered Hulk was unharmed, steadfastly waiting for his missing family to come back.

A little over 2 years ago, we rescued a kennel full of dogs over Kenny (his name at the time) was one very fearful chihuahua. We couldn’t leave him. The other 5 dogs in the same cage were outgoing, but Kenny was very flighty, fearful & cowering. He seemed to be comfortable with the other dogs around but by himself, shut down & always looking for a way to flee. If you have a flight dog/escape artist then you know. We found Paul & his son Zach and learned about what they were looking for, worked to make a match & we invited them down to to meet him & it was magic. But my goodness did they step up to the plate for this incredible boy. They pursued training, learned how to make him more secure & how to let him come out of his shell. We love getting pupdates on what joy he brings. Kudos to Paul & Zach for helping him through his tribulations & heading to training & keeping him social with dog day care. Kenny is now Nacho, and yes, he’s the only dog in the house which we never thought he could be. Mission accomplished ❤️

Opal was adopted last year to our amazing friends’ son & his wife, this family has adopted now twice from us ❤️Opal came to foster a very scared and shy petite girl. After many months of training in her foster home (foster momma here 🤘🏽) and a formal course Springdale Pet Ranch she feels safe, relaxed & SWIMS! Yes this malamute mix is a swimmer! Her first lap was to grandpa 🥰 Happy Tails sweet Yuki, from euthanasia list to adored by her ma & pa (and grandparents too)

UPDATE: Harley has been found & returned safe!

🚨 PLEASE HELP🚨 find Harley! Disappeared while his mom stepped in for a snack in Alhambra CA around 1144am. Surveillance footage shows Harley sticking his head out the window of the van. Boots are on the ground, & have been activated! We are offering a $500 reward for Harley’s safe return to him adoptive momma
