Sir Royal was very expressionate today. I laid the plastic tarp over his back and walked away to turn the water off and he went and got a drink then reached around and pulled the tarp off his back and put it in his newly cleaned water trough. Wish I would have been able to get a video of it. Made me chuckle. 😆 He was a funny boy today. 🤠

Had a new lady come out for her 1st riding lesson with me today. She did awesome and is learning quick. I cut off the photos to hide her identity out of respect. If anyone was wondering. Sir Royal also did great. I asked her how old do you think he is? She guessed 11. I said nope hes only 4. She said he seems older hes so calm. I said thats because Ive worked with him a lot. Many people think hes older than he is because hes so well behaved. Makes me proud. 🤠

Trisha is doing a lot better steering with her legs had her try keeping her hands on the saddle. Getting a better hang of posting. She also wanted to learn how to lunge. Great job. 🤠

Had a wonderful time with Sir Royal "Roy" today. Weve been working more on giving to the bit and lowering his head while riding. Hes doing great after only 3 short lessons on it. In fact he is trying too hard at times acting like a peanut roller. Western pleasure people know that term. We ended with a quick spray off. 🤠
