🐾 THE BABY BUMPS ARE BUMPIN’ AT TEXAS RED DIRT RETRIEVERS! ❤️

Things are getting exciting around here, and our beautiful girls, Honey & Maple, have some growing bellies to show for it!

Our Thanksgiving puppies are growing, the baby bumps are becoming more noticeable, and we’re getting more excited by the day!

Both girls are enjoying plenty of extra attention, belly rubs, and well-deserved relaxation while they work on growing the next generation of Texas Red Dirt Retrievers.

And if you followed along with their last pregnancies, you know these girls have a history of keeping us on our toes!

Honey blessed us with 6 beautiful puppies, while Maple surprised us with an incredible 14 puppies! That’s 20 precious babies between our two girls!

Will Maple surprise us with another huge litter? Will Honey have more puppies this time? We can’t wait to find out!

Now it’s time for a little friendly competition!

We’re taking guesses!

How many puppies do you think Honey will have?

How many do you think Maple will have?

Drop your predictions in the comments! Let’s see who can guess the closest before puppy-count X-rays reveal the big numbers!

Thanksgiving can’t get here fast enough! 🍁

🐾🤎 FINGERS CROSSED! 🤎🐾

We may have some exciting news brewing here at Texas Red Dirt Retrievers!

Honey & Biscuit had a successful tie today!

Of course, it’s still much too early to know if puppies are officially on the way, but we are hopeful and keeping our fingers crossed for a successful pregnancy! 🤞🏼🐾

If all goes as hoped, we could be welcoming a beautiful litter of Golden Retriever puppies around mid-November, with puppies ready for their forever homes around mid-January 2027!

We have already had lots of interest in our upcoming litters and our waitlist is officially open! A $250 non-refundable waitlist deposit reserves your place and is applied toward the purchase price of your puppy.

Now we wait… 🤞🏼🐶🤎

🍉 WELL… MOM DID IT AGAIN.

Apparently my stuffy collection needed an upgrade, so Mom brought home a GIANT WATERMELON.

And yes… I’m obsessed.
And yes… I will be carrying this thing around like it’s my most prized possession. 😂❤️

New stuffy: 10/10. Mom finally understood the assignment. 🍉✨

🐾 “Really, Mom?” 😅

Even the silliest pups have to make their yearly trip to the vet! Annual wellness exams are an important part of keeping our dogs healthy. Regular checkups help catch potential issues early, keep vaccinations up to date, and make sure they’re staying happy and healthy for years to come. Prevention is always better than treatment!

✨ A quick reminder: Our Texas Red Dirt Retrievers waitlist is officially open! If you’ve been hoping to add one of our sweet red goldens to your family, now is the perfect time to reserve your spot. We may have a litter toward the end of this year, and if not, we’re planning for our next litters in 2027. Send us a message for details—we’d love to chat! 🐾🤎

Maple, patiently waiting for us to come home… 🐾💕

If you know Maple, you know she’s never far from her favorite stuffy pig. She carries it everywhere she goes, and when we’re gone, she waits by the window with it tucked close—just keeping watch until her family walks back through the door.

Some dogs steal your shoes… Maple steals your heart. ❤️
