🍉 WELL… MOM DID IT AGAIN.

Apparently my stuffy collection needed an upgrade, so Mom brought home a GIANT WATERMELON.

And yes… I’m obsessed.
And yes… I will be carrying this thing around like it’s my most prized possession. 😂❤️

New stuffy: 10/10. Mom finally understood the assignment. 🍉✨

🐾 “Really, Mom?” 😅

Even the silliest pups have to make their yearly trip to the vet! Annual wellness exams are an important part of keeping our dogs healthy. Regular checkups help catch potential issues early, keep vaccinations up to date, and make sure they’re staying happy and healthy for years to come. Prevention is always better than treatment!

Maple, patiently waiting for us to come home… 🐾💕

If you know Maple, you know she’s never far from her favorite stuffy pig. She carries it everywhere she goes, and when we’re gone, she waits by the window with it tucked close—just keeping watch until her family walks back through the door.

Some dogs steal your shoes… Maple steals your heart. ❤️

Meet Biscuit… our resident drama king. 😂🐾

If you’ve ever owned a Golden Retriever, you know this look all too well. Biscuit decided he’d had enough of being outside, so naturally he plastered himself against the sliding glass door to make absolutely sure we knew he wanted back in.

And yes… he also likes to lick the glass.

Golden Retrievers may be one of the smartest breeds, but they’re also some of the biggest goofballs. We wouldn’t have it any other way!

We’ve had several people reach out asking about getting on our waitlist for a future Texas Red Dirt Retrievers puppy, so we wanted to share an update!

We are possibly planning another litter by the end of this year. If our plans change, we will definitely have puppies available in 2027.

To reserve your place on our waitlist, we require a non-refundable waitlist deposit, which is applied toward the purchase price of your puppy.

Families on our waitlist will be contacted in the order deposits are received and will have priority when it’s time to choose their puppy.

🐾🚗 Road Trippin’ on a Long Weekend 🚗🐾

This little one is headed on a big adventure!

We’re making the journey to Wyoming for a special family delivery, and it looks like our passenger has already found a traveling buddy. Nothing makes us happier than seeing our puppies begin their next chapter surrounded by love.

From the red dirt of Texas to the wide-open skies of Wyoming, this sweet pup is on the way to meet their forever family. 🐶✨

🦈🐾 After a 12-hour nursing shift, I came home thinking I was going to clean the puppy pen…

Turns out I was just fresh shark bait for 20 tiny land sharks.

The moment I stepped in, I was surrounded.

First came the kisses.
Then came the jumping.
Then came the full-scale attack.

My scrub jacket was being pulled in three different directions.
My pant legs became tug toys.
And one particularly savage little shark stole my sock right off my foot and attempted to swim away with it. 🧦🦈

At one point I considered calling for backup, but honestly, it was already too late.

The good news:
Nobody was hurt.

The bad news:
The land sharks have discovered they travel in packs. 😭🐾
