This was my precious “Eli”.
I miss you terribly, little Buddy💔

This morning, my world went quiet.

Not slowly. Not gently. Just gone.

He was my soft presence in every hard moment. The one who curled close at night and pressed his head into my arm, as if he knew that was where the ache lived. He never needed words. He just stayed. Always.

Some dogs love with their whole being. No limits. No hesitation. He felt my sadness before I spoke it and carried it without complaint. When I was heavy, he was steady. When I was lost, he was right there, breathing beside me.

Now the room feels different. Too still. Too empty. My chest feels like it forgot how to breathe.

It only took one second to change everything.

If you have ever loved a dog, you know this kind of loss. It is not small. It does not pass quickly. Because they are never just pets. They are comfort. They are routine. They are family.

Rest peacefully, my sweet soul.
You were my calm.
You were my shadow.
You were my home. 🕊️❤️
