“𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐢” was started in a cow horse program and has continued her training under the skilled guidance of Carothers Cowhorses for the past two years. During this time, she has also gained experience in ranch work and has been started in calf roping. She’s been involved in all aspects of ranch work, including large gathers, sorting, roping both big and small cattle outside, and dragging calves.

This mare is loaded with cow sense and has a powerful, correct stop. With her athleticism and determination, she has the ability to excel in any direction. “Cali” is a strong, high-powered horse best suited for an experienced rider—she has a huge heart and gives 100% every time.

Say hello to Princess…𝐅𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐀 ✨

Fiona is 2 year old Sorrel Rabicano filly with a beautiful flaxen mane and c**n tail. She is beauty, she is grace, but she is also a beefcake!!

She currently has about 120 rides and has a more quiet nature to her. She’s never offered to buck and has handled being rode in new country very well. This filly really wants to frame up and carry herself well and she is like loping on a cloud. Cow bred on top and run on the bottom so she can go any direction. Take her to the roping pen, barrel pen, or continue to ranch on her. She’s been around cattle and a rope hasn’t bothered her. A blank canvas ready to continue your own way in whatever career you see fit.

Congrats to the new owner, Sam Rigsby, of 𝐌𝐂𝐂 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧 𝐒𝐩𝐨𝐭𝐬 or more affectionately known as “Mattie.” She’s an Alabama resident now and will continue her calf horse career. We can’t wait to see what they accomplish together.👏🏻

Crockett and Mattie put together some great runs this past weekend at the Haskell Ultimate Calf Roping which led to her getting snatched right up!

He’s a big, strong c**t ready to make your next top head horse prospect or whatever career you see fit. He’s stand 15.1 hands already and has all the bone, stamina, and power you’d want. We have several 2 year olds available.

This beauty we call “𝐋𝐔𝐗“ because she is in fact luxurious…✨

This 2022 Palomino Roan Mare is as eye catching as they come and is a beautiful made horse that should mature into a stout, well made performer. She’s bred well and can truly go any direction. She has about 110 days of riding in the arena and outside, as well as light introduction to the flag. She’s a stunning mover and a really nice ride. She wants to stop and please. She can get a little humpy when you first get on her back, but is no problem at all to get around. It continues to lessen with each ride she gets under her belt. She just had her teeth done a couple weeks ago and is at the perfect stage to go on with your way, whether that’s starting her on the sled or on the barrel pattern. We would not be sad to see her stay and to start her in the roping pen.

“𝐌𝐂𝐂 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐕𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐍 𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐓𝐒“

2019 Mare bred by the Matador Ranch. She is by their 𝐏𝐚𝐥𝐨 𝐃𝐮𝐫𝐨 𝐂𝐚𝐭 son, 𝐌𝐂𝐂 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐭. Out of a 𝐒𝐩𝐨𝐭𝐬 𝐇𝐨𝐭 mare and Playin Goldie who is by 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐤𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐛𝐨𝐲.

“𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐞” is an extremely pretty made mare that also has the size and stamina to go any direction. She’s built like a tank with the ideal wide and shapey frame with plenty of bone, but still has such an elegance about her. It’s hard to find one with her looks with the brain and ability to match.

This mare has been in our program since she was 2 and she’s a true seasoned ranch horse that has seen and done it all in every aspect from East Tx to West Tx and takes to anything you throw her way. She has tons of outside miles as well as a great start in the roping pen. Super fun to sort on as well. She has been hauled to several calf ropings, double muggings, and ranch rodeos. We’ve placed on her everywhere we’ve entered her like the Windy Ryon and Texas Cowboy Reunion.

She takes well to the bright lights and has a stellar career in front of her. Although she’s only 5, she has seen and done a lot. She’s ready to haul in the breakaway or keep her going with her training in the tie down. She is extremely laid back and gentle, but if left off for a while she can be a little cold backed.

“𝐉𝐈𝐆” This 8 yo gelding is big b***d with a big/stout frame to match. He was ranched on heavily there in his younger years and has since been used in the same line of work in Central Tx from gathering big pastures outside, catching cattle, and dragging calves. Crockett has also pen roped some on him in the arena. He has the size, speed, and stamina to make someone a head horse pretty fast, take to the barrel pen, or keep using him as a ranch horse. Jig is gentle, but not for a kid or inexperienced rider.
