It’s finally time for a PUPDATE!!
On Thursday, our sweet June amazingly gifted us with eight CHUNKY puppies! Not a single one weighing less than a pound.. 🥴
We are so proud of our Junie girl, as she truly did a great job bringing them into this world, and is the most amazing mama!
So as everyone has been eagerly waiting for.. it is officially time to introduce…

And just like that, the weekend of the 2025 New York State Sporting Clay Competition is over! So grateful to have been at this event yet again. We most definitely had a great time. Meeting so many new people as well as, saying hello to so many familiar faces! While also enjoying the lovely view that VNSP has to offer! Can’t wait for next year! 😁🐾

Long time no post!🤦🏼‍♀️ Though the posting has been minimal, our day to day busyness has not been! Between in home sessions with families, board and trains, and family time with our own fur babies. There is never a dull moment, and let’s just say we do not see there being one for a while. Leading to our exciting news…! 🤩

We are looking forward to welcoming not one, but TWO litters in the month of July! 🎉
Our lovey and gentle souled girl June, being paired with the one and only Bleu again!
As well as, our darling s***k of a girl Mia, paired with our gentlemen of a boy Johnny! We are so excited to see what the rest of this year looks like, and cannot wait for the puppy snuggles!

Doing what you love for a living makes all of the difference!
A bit behind with posting but better late than never! Last week, Hedwig and I enjoyed the last day of the preserve season one on one and had a blast! Her points were solid, and her retrieves were spot on! If she had the say, she would have carried all of the birds all the way home. Looking forward to the 2025 upland season! 🐾

At least someone is enjoying this snowy weather! Miss Hattie is soaking up this (hopefully) last snow fall during her stay with us!
Hattie is a participant in our bird dog training program. During this past fall season, she worked on her skills as a flusher and even surprised us with her enthusiasm to point! Her family loved this trait so we fed into it. She now is a pointing flusher!
During her current stay, she is working on sharpening up her basic obedience commands, as well as, her retrieving skills, “whoa” command and a few other field related commands! By no means are we rushing the upcoming spring and summer months away, but excited to see her hit the field yet again this fall! 🐾

This is well overdue, but introducing Indie! Indie joined our basic obedience program as just a little puppy. Now, eight months old he is a rockstar with his sit, down, stay, leash walking and place commands! His family is very dedicated to him and his training and it shows! We are now working on his stellar commands in new, more exciting and distracting environments. He has been a pleasure to have in the program and we cannot wait to see where the rest of his training takes him! 🤩🐾
