Everyone loves the training videos, and adorable still frames that are usually cherry picked to exploit the cutest parts of our day... But... These are the moments we don't usually get on camera. The moments where we get to be crazy monkeys just throwing leaves and doing some ooga booga with these animals. Cuz, this isn't bootcamp, regardless of how it's sometimes framed as such. This is more like a week long retreat into the dogs potential. Seminars and lecture and such, but there's fun also.
And the best part? My wife gets to enjoy these pups and they allllll cling to her and respond with such raw joy and playfulness. So even if it's been a tough day on the training stage, they get to go buck wild here, with someone who isn't teaching them, and it helps them to relax and trust the process. God she's a goofball..
So big huge Skoobies Do's round of applause to the one and only Mama Skoobie, Celeste...without you, there'd be a mystery void here... An absence of joy and disarming demeanor...
