Today, I made a big mistake. I forgot to make someone’s order. It’s weighed on me all day long. A literal knot in my stomach. I don’t like making mistakes. I value each and every one of you that choose to spend your money with us. Truth be told my brain keeps track of hundreds of orders and tasks each week. However, it has probably gotten to the point I need to move to an ordering system to help keep track. I receive text messages, comments, messenger, and in person orders and I know each of you provide us so much grace and support. I would love to hear your honest feedback….if we moved to an online ordering platform/site-would you use it or would it deter you from ordering?
