Rocky is still searching high and low.

I know I love them from Rocky!!
Rocky is a 1 year old mastiff mix. He is 110 pounds of pure love!❤️ Rocky does great with others dogs and does well with children. He is a gentle giant. He fully thinks he is one about 20 pounds and can sit in your lap😆 He enjoys going on walks and playing with others. As much as I love him and would make him my own I do think there is a family who needs to know love more than me. If you are interested in learning more about Rocky please message us. He is located in Texas but we do work with everyone (including Canada 🇨🇦 ) to make sure these dogs get to their forever home! 🏡

Billy would just like to tell his previous “owner” who abdoned him leaving him tied to an air conditioning unit outside, that he is being so well care for now and loves his new human friends. Billy says he appreciates being fed and not starved anymore & his new rescuers are getting him all healthy and up to date. Billy just had his heartworm workup today at our amazing rescue vet & he was the bestest boy for everything including his chest X-rays. His heartworm positive status was very surprising for us and many extra costs are associated for his treatment and neuter. If anyone would like to contribute towards Billy’s vetting it would be greatly appreciated, he is so incredibly happy now and we will continue to ensure this boys happiness by finding him the most amazing forever family that won’t leave him tied outside for dead. SafeHaven Animal Rescue Team does their best to match our dogs with the right adopter. We do the best that we can to prepare both the dog and adopter BUT it takes time and work on the part of the Adopter. ♥️. Done right - you gain a lifetime loyal companion. Done wrong - they come back to SafeHaven. But that’s okay because we will always be there for our pups. 🐾❤️

We have a sad story to share. We did not say anything because his health was so bad and we were not sure he would make it but a homeowner came back from vacation to find two Pitbull's tied to her outside heat pump. No food, no water and no outside cameras. State Police were called. Homeowner kept one but the Local Humane Shelter refused to take the other and so, guess who was called and begged to step in and take Billy (name after the State Police Officer). We called other Municipal Shelters who take in Humane Cases and we were told no room in the inn. ... Despite all that he was subjected to, he is the sweetest dog that you will ever meet. The good news. He is gaining weight. The bad news - he is heartworm positive which means it is more expensive to treat up here in PA versus at the ranch in Texas. Y'all know how much I hate asking for donations as we try really hard to sustain on our own but between Billy and two others found tied to a tree at Warwick County Park, we are stretched.
