Just when I thought Big Tina would be the littlest, in came Rue! This precious gal is only 2.5 lbs! We do expect her to get bigger. In the meantime we keep an extra careful watch as she builds up her confidence at The Den! Love this little chipmunk nugget already!

It took sweet Isa a couple days to get comfortable enough to go wild at The Den. Day 1 she was a little shy, day 2 she started playing a little bit with the other pups, and by day 3 she was ready to tear it up! She even rocked agility on her first try!

When I decided to open a daycare over a year ago, I was surprised to find there were NO daycares in the Portland area dedicated 100% to little dogs. Having two little dogs myself, along with over 15 years working in the childcare world, I knew I was the right person to open a small dog daycare. I spent over half a year researching the industry, taking courses in dog behavior, and working in dog daycares before I opened the LIl Doggie Den doors. It's true that when your work is rewarding it doesn't feel like work. ❤ You can hear the entire podcast
