Outpatient CO₂ Laser Nodule Removal Now Available
PEAK TO COAST is pleased to offer a minimally invasive outpatient CO₂ laser service for the removal of small cutaneous nodules in dogs and cats.
CO₂ laser surgery allows for:
Precise excision of epidermal and dermal lesions
Minimal bleeding and pain
Reduced need for general anesthesia—many patients can be treated with local anesthesia and light sedation
Improved hygiene and grooming, especially for patients with recurrent trauma, matting, or irritation from nodules
This service is ideal for pets with benign lesions such as sebaceous gland tumors, papillomas, adenomas, and cysts that interfere with skin care or comfort.

For years, Dr. Z has been an active participant in the AVMA/AFSCAN Twinning Program—connecting and collaborating with veterinarians from South Africa, Namibia, and Kenya. Together, they meet monthly to discuss complex cases, review recent research, and share continuing education.

This week, the group comes together in person at the annual AVMA Convention in Washington, D.C. 🇺🇸 Dr. Z will also be presenting lectures on ear disease and allergy management to fellow attendees. We’re proud to see her representing our team on a global stage!

Hot weather can be dangerous for your furry friends! Heatstroke, burned paws, and dehydration are real risks during summer.
✅ Keep pets indoors during peak heat (10 AM–4 PM)�
✅ Always provide fresh, cool water�
✅ Never leave pets in a parked car – even for a minute�
✅ Walk dogs early morning or late evening�
✅ Check pavement with your hand – if it’s too hot for you, it’s too hot for paws!

Please note: Days marked with a blue rhomb (July 1, 2, 3) are days when PEAK TO COAST will be open from 11am to 6pm for technician appointments, refills, and pickups.
The clinic will be closed on July 4th in celebration of Independence Day — wishing everyone a safe and festive holiday!
