1pm-630pm is a time-range or open-hours. Arrive when available.
The weekly Friday at HQ 1pm-630pm is a time range but do arrive mostly before 4pm or 6pm at the garden. 1pm is when open hours are on at a given location w/ MERP. Our weekly urban farm meet up is at Steele Magnolia yet our location could change so check your calendars or anyone connected to know the date/time & location on this invite. You're also Invited to invite your affinity groups & come along with friends. Plus, new meet neighbors from more third-places & grassroots. This descriptor is updated often. Our main focus each time during this garden gathering (arrive before 4pm each time) is build settings as a base of support for urban farming like with offline tools to follow along & an on the ground learning space with resources to use.
our weekly agenda as so (Start- 1:15pm):
1) Check in w/ ice breakers with most who RSVP on the community board at Steele Magnolia/Pantry Gate and/or on an online calendar (Contact MERP)
2) Delegate tasks ie updating project/pantry sheets/calendar offline/online, and notes
3) Clean yard & gardens
4) Water schedule
5) Agree when to meet next week
6) Collect food from Community Pantry & update sheets
7) Work on Community Plot 6pm
Checking our calendar is an option among what you may choose w/ your affinity group. It does help to RSVP here or what you may choose to do so w/ MERP. Visiting HQ does help to everything making sense.
