Pets & Animals in Distress Pets & Animals in Distress is a 501c3 non-profit animal rescue organization helping to save, rescue, adopt and spay and neuter homeless pets.

We currently are fostering 27 rescued and special needs cats. The core mission of Pets and Animals in Distress is to prevent animal suffering, neglect, abuse, and cruelty by providing referral information, raising public spay/neuter educational awareness, advocating responsible pet ownership, and promoting kindness to all living creatures. She is a special needs kitty rescued 7 years ago after the breeder was going to have her euthanized because she was born with Spina Bifida and her last vertebrae because of overbreeding.
