📣 Policy Update – Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling 📣

As of the new year, I’ve implemented a 24-hour cancellation/Rescheduling policy to help keep my schedule running smoothly.

• Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a $5 cancellation fee per animal.

While I completely understand that unexpected things come up, last-minute cancellations do affect my routing, scheduling, and the ability to fill that appointment slot.
