Looking to see if anyone would be interested in purchasing (processed by Central Illinois Processing) meat birds before I place any orders. They would be processed on August 6th.

I would require whole birds to be purchased and have to meet a minimum of 150 sold birds (I've booked 250 and would like some for our freezer too).

As of now we're looking at $7.00 a pound. This price could (hopefully) drop, but with current inputs this is where we're at. This price includes feed, bird cost, processing, and fuel.

If you purchased a turkey from us, know that it is a heritage breed and will cook a little differently than your normal Butterball! They cook a little faster!

While I'm not really a Martha Stewart fan, this is the recipe most heritage breeders tend to lean towards.
