Scooter is the cutest little dude around. Has a personality! He is kind and sweet. He is green broke I would say but is getting there very quickly. He walk/trot/canters circles in the arena, has a good stop, backs up, started on some turn arounds! He has been used to gather cows for a season! He stil needs confidence from his rider! 5️⃣5️⃣0️⃣0️⃣

Roanie is broke and has buttons. She is as pretty as they come. She has big bones and big feet. She walk trots canter in arena! Has gone on more trail rides than I can count been around heavy traffic, dogs barking, ridden to stores, been around birthday party activities! She has a huge stop and a nice spin. More lazy I would say. She isn't for a beginner unless working with a trainer! She does have a "quirk" if you want to call it that. That I will discuss with serious buyers! 8️⃣5️⃣0️⃣0️⃣

5-Year-Old Grade Gelding • 14.2 Hands

Scooter is the kind of horse that’s simply fun to have around. He has a goofy, lovable personality and is always enjoyable to ride. At just 5 years old, he’s still learning and gaining experience, but he has all the right pieces to make an exceptional partner for someone wanting a quality young horse to continue bringing along.

Scooter walk, trots, and canters with ease. He collects nicely to the bit, is soft in the face, has a solid stop, backs up willingly, and is progressing beautifully in his training. He stands quietly for saddling, bathing, and grooming.

He’s been used to gather cattle and has been ridden out on the trails. While he still needs more miles and confidence outside the arena, he’s improving every ride and continues to head in the right direction.

Because he’s a young horse, we like to lunge him briefly before riding just to let him loosen up and settle his mind. It’s simply part of our routine with young horses. Scooter has never offered any buck, rear, bolt, or other naughty behavior with us. Scooter is not for a beginner. He would be best suited for an intermediate rider or a rider working with a trainer who can continue building on the excellent foundation he already has. I think he’d make an outstanding partner for a confident teenager or someone looking for a fun, athletic young gelding to finish their own way.

If you’re looking for a young horse with a great mind, a willing attitude, and all the potential in the world, Scooter is one you won’t want to miss. He has a bright future ahead of him!
