Good morning everyone!

This isn’t a post I want to post but rather one that NEEDS to be posted!

Mr. DeNegris was told before I even started the grooming that this would be the only haircut I could do due to the condition of her hair.

I am posting these pictures here, on my page, after the pet owner wrote a 2 star review claiming that I gave his poodle too short of a haircut and “injured “ her back end.
People writing the review are the only ones that can post pictures so all you are seeing is what the outcome was, not the horrible, neglected condition of the dog before I started “THE OVERLY TRIMMED GROOM!”
You can see in the pictures that the dog is completely matted all over to where you cannot even see the skin.
Groomers refer to this as “pelted” and the ONLY option for a haircut is a VERY SHORT one due to the fact that you need to get under the matting.
The red “INJURY” is not an injury but rather a skin irritation due to the hair around that area being so matted and tight to the skin and having been urinated on over and over again (the yellow staining)
I’m posting for anyone who reads the review so the they can get THE WHOLE STORY!
