Hi there. In order to increase production of honey I am also looking to increase my colonies. Good afternoon apiary followers. I’ve been contemplating for weeks how to handle the cooler temps and honey sales. Honey has a tendency to crystallize in colder temps. I just restocked 1lbs jars and i am working on 2 lbs jars. I’m also working on adding a heat source to keep things above refrigerator temps. News to follow
