A long overdue update! 🙂After the most difficult year in our family (and the company's) existence, things are finally back to normal here at NEHERP. We're private people and don't spend much time on social media, but so many customers are like extended family to us after all these years. We know things have been a bit bumpy over the past several months (order delays, etc), and we felt a brief update & explanation was in order.
Jess and I each recently lost our fathers in rapid succession. For customers who have met our Dads over the years, you can imagine the weight of this loss. They'll be forever missed, and forever in our hearts. The stroke my father suffered from, and the cancer Jess's Dad suffered from, each coincided with a series of catastrophic events both inside and outside of the company, which were totally outside of our control. We'll spare you the long version here, but we outlined what happened in a little more detail on our website, for those who care to peek behind the scenes. (www.neherpetoculture.com/update_2025) It's been the hardest year of our lives, and Jess & I are so grateful to have it mostly behind us. 🙏
Long story short, I'm thrilled to say we're back on track and processing orders quickly - the way you've come to expect of us. 🙂 Thank you sincerely for your support, and we look forward to supporting you & the hobby into the future! ❤

PS: If you don't know, NEHERP is a very small business with just 9 members of staff. I only mention that because a lot of folks get the impression that we're some sort of big company with plentiful resources. 😅 In reality, it's just me, my wife, a handful of our friends (staff), and a whole lot of happy critters. ❤
