Tuesday Tip! Product spotlight - Stübben's golden wings are some of my favorite bits! The Golden Wings bits offer special protection for the corners of the mouth with their characteristic side bit plates, preventing the sensitive skin from being pinched by the sliding rings. The sliding rings ensure that the anatomical mouthpiece always returns to a neutral position and rests gently in the horse's mouth. At the same time, the bit plates provide lateral guidance and stabilize the position of the bit in the horse's mouth, offering slight lateral influence that can particularly support young horses in bending and turns.

Tuesday Tip! Following last week's theme, tree size does matter...why? Depending on the angle of the tree points they can cause pinch points affecting the horses way of going. What are we looking for? Matching the angle to the horse! What do I see the most in the field? Wide trees that pinch upwards on the wither causing atrophy in surrounding muscles.
