**SHOP UPDATE**
I wanted to share a few recently completed projects and also give everyone a quick update.
First, I want to thank all of my customers for their patience and support. I know my turnaround times have become much longer than expected, and I want to acknowledge that.
Last season was a huge learning curve for myself and I accepted more work than I realistically should have, combined with shipping delays, material shortages and other life factors. Those factors have pushed projects back further than I ever intended, and for that I sincerely apologize.
At this time I can’t give exact completion dates, but my goal is to have all current orders finished before the end of the year. I’m working through every bird as quickly as possible without sacrificing the quality of the finished mount. If this timeline no longer works for you, please don’t hesitate to contact me directly and we’ll discuss the best way to move forward.
As discussed during drop-offs, I will contact each customer before I begin work on their bird to confirm pose, display, and any final details. I will continue working through projects in the order they were received, so if you haven’t heard from me yet, your bird simply hasn’t reached the front of the list.
I also continue to receive inquiries about taking in new birds. My books remain closed and will stay that way until all current orders are complete. If you’d like to be added to my waiting list for next season, please feel free to reach out. Those on the waiting list will be contacted first, and next season’s limited openings will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
There will also be a price increase next season to reflect rising material costs and the quality of work I strive to provide. Official pricing is still undetermined.
