Officially graduated and dog grooming certified! 🎓💛
Can’t thank everyone enough who has supported this journey and never making me feel like a crazy lady for starting a new business and career at 36, especially my husband and my kids 🫶

Kali’s Ruff Life Pet Spa is currently taking doggy clients under 50 pounds until I’m officially up and running this fall/winter!🐾

Today I got to groom the sweetest boy Max 💛 🐾 Getting to switch it up from cleaning to grooming today made me so excited & eager for the grooming salon to be done 🤗

🚨 Exciting news! The salon construction is underway and we will have concrete by next week! Construction for the building/salon will start over the winter 😍 hopeful to be officially up and running by next summer or fall but until then I am fully equipped in my home to groom small dogs (40 pounds and under) and will start taking new clients starting November 1st! 🤍
Thank you so so much to everyone that has been supporting me during this very exciting new adventure by checking in and letting me know how excited they are for me to officially be open 🤍

🚨🚨hey guys! So pretty exciting, I am ONE breed away from getting my dog grooming license 🐾🤎
In order to obtain my license, I am looking for my last breed required to do so, and that’s a Bichon Frise! So if you or anyone you know has a purebred and would like to take advantage of a FREE groom please let me know!! 🥰

Last week I had the best client, Miss Bella who gets an A+ for being so so sweet ❤️

People often think natural breeds like golden retrievers, don’t need any grooming. However that’s incorrect, especially if your dog lives primarily inside.
The perfect example would be like keeping your winter coat on all day, even indoors 🥵
Deshedding is very important all year long 🐕
So we bathed her, clipped her nails and pads, cleaned up her feet, and did a lot of deshedding!

2 more breeds until I officially have my license!
Salon goes up this spring/summer
And I can’t wait to officially be open for business, but until then thank you to everyone who supports me in the meantime. It means so so much ✨

Grooming update 🚨

Hello everyone! Just wanted to update everyone on the progress of the grooming salon, unfortunately the list was long for people that needed concrete poured before winter.
Until then, I will set up shop at home to complete the few breeds I still need in order to get my license. If you were one of those people, I will be reaching out in January-February now that my cleaning business is finally slowing down 😅

We also wanted to say Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! 🎄🎅✨🤍 we can’t wait to be your groomer in 2025 🐕🐩🐕‍🦺🐾

Wondering about my experience?
I am currently in Dog Grooming school and so close to graduation to receive my license!
I have done several Teddy Bear cuts and have volunteered at the Babinski Animal Shelter to help with their grooming needs!
I have 3 specific breeds I am looking for in order to graduate and receive my dog grooming license!
If you have any of these breeds and are interested in a FREE dog grooming service please send me a message so we can talk! 🤍

The 3 breeds I am looking for specifically to receive my license are:
-Purebred Golden Retriever or Shetland Sheepdog
-West Highland Terrier, purebred miniature schnauzer, standard schnauzer, or Airedale Terrier
-purebred Poodle or Bichon Frise
