Powers was my soul dog ♥️ I got him when I was 18 and he never left my side since day one. When I felt like I had no one, he was always there to show me a type of love I’ve never felt before. Whenever I would be sad or cry, he felt my emotions and would try to comfort me. He was scared of thunder and embracing him while rubbing his ears would calm him. We were each other’s emotional support. We grew up together for the past 13 years 😢. He saw me become an adult and was there for every milestone. He had such a sweet, loving personality. His favorite thing was his wobble giggle gag ball

Powie, Po, PupPup, Buddy - thank you for all your cuddles, wet kisses and just your being/presence. I wish we could spend our whole life together. Your sister Bebe has not been okay without you 💔. None of us have. I love you forever!!!

He passed in the most peaceful way. He didn’t look scared and was surrounded by all of us who loved him so much. Thank you Dr. Caplan for the compassionate care during his transition 🤍

"There are no words that feel big enough for the love Skidd gave.
He was my comfort, my constant, and a piece of my heart. He had a quiet way of understanding me, of being there through everything, never asking for anything in return… (maybe a “cookie” or two)
He taught me so much about love and compassion, getting me through some of my toughest years. Because of him, I found my path into animal welfare, and the love he gave me is something I carry into my work every day, helping other animals in his honor.
Skidd will always be with me, in every memory and every part of my heart he touched. He is so deeply missed and forever loved. 12 years just wasn’t enough."

My wonderful Boo touched the lives of many. She was the most beautiful and amazing puppy. She made our lives whole. Over the last few days she had dozens of visitors, all of which she had affected their lives in some way. She was the most amazing pup and will be missed immensely. We had the best 6 years with the best dog.🩷

"Skipper, our eleven year old yellow Lab passed away peacefully with the help of Peaceful Passage on January 4, 2026. To say he was one of a kind dog is a serious understatement. On any one of his walks, if a stranger would say hi to us, they were automatically Skipper's best friend. With our kids long gone from our home, Skipper was our "other" child. I'd go on, but I can't. The more I write about Skip the more I miss him. Hope to see you skip when I cross over the rainbow like you!"
