Harvest time Oct2024

I am about to order another small shipment of highest quality OLIVE OIL from ITALY. It is not for soap, it is for consumption.

The olives that made this oil were handpicked, come from one small grove, were brought for pressing within only a few hours from harvesting.

It is a very tasty oil from Sicily. Raw, unfiltered, extra virgin, first cold press, single source, high polyphenol value, harvested in Oct 2024, bottled in Sicily.

Best to use on warm bread with cracked pepper, fish dishes, soups, salads, grilled foods.

Feedback on taste from friends and family: love the throat scratch, notes of tomatoes, aromatic, dense, fresh, round, full taste.
