Maverick 💚 This little guy has come so far! He’s maturing fast - from wiggly puppy to behaving like a proper gentleman in just 3 grooms. Excited to continue to watch him grow! This is why I love grooming puppies. A puppy set up for success with grooming is one that will benefit greatly in the long run!

Has your dog had a bad experience with being groomed? Have they been kicked out of traditional grooming salons or vans? I can help! Grooming difficult or traumatized dogs includes an element of “training” to help them to understand that grooming is okay, not scary, and won’t hurt. This can be a process and you may have homework to do between grooms but with your commitment we can get your pup there!

*I am not a trainer and not claiming to be, just a groomer with many years of experience in teaching dogs that grooming is okay*

Mr. Harry had a tidy-up groom the other day between his regular full grooms. Great for this season especially when it’s muddy, rainy and smelly wet doggos are abundant! A tidy-up includes everything that a full groom does without the full body haircut - bath with coat specific products, blow dry, ear cleaning, nail trim or dremel if tolerated, paw pad trim, foot trim (rounding the feet), sanitary trim, face trim, brush out, and optional - a spritz of doggy cologne and a bandana or bow!
