🎉 It's time to celebrate oncology graduate, Bane 🎉
What can we say about Bane? He’s goofy, lovable, and—by his own admission—prone to the occasional dietary mishap. 😅

Back in December 2024, Bane came to us for emergency surgery after eating something he definitely shouldn't have. But during that procedure, our team discovered something unexpected: Lymphoma. What started as a simple surgery turned into the beginning of a five-month journey through chemotherapy.

And true to form, Bane made that journey uniquely his own—with another surprise surgery along the way (some habits are hard to break!). Through it all, he remained the sweet, spirited boy we’ve all come to love.

Now, after months of treatment, Bane is thriving and officially a PASE Oncology Graduate! 🎓💛
He’ll always be a part of our PASE family, and we’re so proud of his resilience, his charm, and of course… his appetite for life. 🐾

A few weeks ago, the Plainfield Area Humane Society (Hope4Paws) was devastated by the severe storms that hit New Jersey. In response, NorthStar VETS, PASE, Blue Buffalo Veterinary Diet, Chewy Health, and Pumpkin Pet Insurance joined forces to collect much-needed food and supplies for the shelter.

Thanks to this incredible team effort, we were able to gather 370 lbs of dog food, 130 lbs of cat food, treats, bedding, and other essential pet supplies.

We’re so proud to be part of a community that comes together in times of crisis. When we collaborate, we truly make a difference—for the pets and the people who love them. 💙🐾

🐾 Brewer: Brother, Best Friend, and Lifesaver 🐾

Brewer isn’t just a good boy—he’s a hero with a heart of gold. 💛

This sweet pup has welcomed foster dogs into his home with love, kept a watchful eye on his brother Captain during seizures, and now he’s saving lives as a canine blood donor at both PASE and NorthStar VETS. 🩸

When Captain needed a transfusion during a medical emergency, Brewer stepped up and gave the gift of life to his own brother. Their bond is unbreakable, and their story is one we won’t forget.

We’re so proud to have him as part of the PASE and NorthStar VETS family. 🐶❤️

🐾 Sometimes our own pets remind us just how unpredictable illness can be — even when you're in vet med. 💙

Just before a planned camping trip, Soco, the beloved pup of our Operations Manager, wasn’t acting like himself. Pale gums raised concern, and he was quickly brought to PASE—where he was diagnosed with IMHA and needed emergency care, including blood transfusions.

While hospitalized, Soco made himself very helpful:
🩺 Assisted Dr. Zager with notes
💊 Oversaw Cubex pulls
👀 Watched over fellow patients
💙 And soaked up all the love from Juan

We’re happy to share Soco is feeling much better—and we’re incredibly proud of the PASE team who gave him the care every pet deserves.
