Heading back from Elm Creek, NB with a load of ponies!

Robyn Hurst Townsend picked up her very first mustang! She'll be training her from the ground up (with guidance of course), and we are so excited to see how she progresses through her journey.

I also had the amazing opportunity to pick something up that has the potential to be something I've been looking for for awhile!

We are also building 2 more pens, with one already reserved next month for my other client's first ever mustang!

With that being said, I'll have room for one more to be gentled. If youve been looking, but dont have the facility or means to gentle one of your own, shoot me a PM and I'll keep an eye out!

Pricing starts at $1200 for mustangs meeting TIP requirements and goes up from there depending on training.

We're looking forward to what 2026 has to offer!

"Oh well he has his winter coat in, thats why he's so dull." BOO - crap excuse.

The best thing you can do for your horse is 24/7 hay, alfalfa if not laminitic, and grain as a SUPPLEMENT, not as a replacement for hay. These fatties definitely know whats up, and the evidence speaks for itself!

Percheron Cross

Petra is a lovely early-teens Percheron cross mare. She is lovely to handle for the vet/farrier, stands well to be groomed and saddled, and is an absolute joy to ride. Petra prefers the slower lane in life, but will still move out when asked. She would make a wonderful low-level Dressage horse or a great all-around partner for someone.

Petra can be looky in new places, however settles down quickly and is ready to work. I have not found anything yet that causes an actual spook including tarps and cows. She does not like to stand tied by herself (looky but no calling or dangerous behavior), however she rides alone in the arena and down the trail. Due to this, she will need a confident handler on the ground if by themselves. Shes absolutely perfect with a buddy.

Petra loves to trail ride and has been hauled all over the state. She rides English, Western, and Ba****ck with or without a bit. Will lead, follow, and go anywhere you point her. She has 3 easy gaits and lovely movement on the flat. She is currently being ridden by intermediate riders in my lesson program.

Petra requires front shoes with pads due to boney process which does not affect soundness.

We got our first snow of the year this week! While our babies get that wild feeling up their butts, Id be lying if I said I wasnt grateful to have them here with 24/7 access to food, water, and shelter ❤️

Due to the EHV-1 outbreak, RMR is not allowing any horses on or off property until the Equine Disease Communication Center states it is safe to travel.

Of course training horses are allowed to be brought home, but will not be permitted back. Boarder and lesson horses are not permitted to attend any shows, clinics, or off-site arenas.

If any of my lesson students come into contact with any outside horses, please wash your hands inside the house PRIOR to getting your lesson horse.
