Rules/ warranty policies 
* Custom orders with names/specifies are to pay the full amount at the time of order.

* All other orders if remaining balance are not paid upon completion there will be a 7 day hold. After that your order will go up for sale and your deposit will be forfeited. No Exceptions.

* There will be no returns on custom orders. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

* Turnaround time is an estimate not a guarantee.

* If you never clean / oil / condition your tack and halters and it is damaged or breaks it will not be covered under warranty.

* If you use your tack other than what it is designed for and it is damaged or breaks it will not be covered under warranty.

* Although rare if crystals, studs, or other embellishments (EXCEPT CONCHOS) come lose or fall off are covered under warranty. Indications of intentional abuse leading to damage or missing crystals will not be covered free of charge.

* I do not replace lost conchos free of charge. It is your responsibility to check and tighten conchos on a regular basis.

* Water, sweat, and dirt are very damaging to leather it causes corrosion to hardware and drying out to the leather. Baby wipes are an easy way to clean on the go.

* Store your items in a dry location when not in use.

* You can clean your crystals by simply using a damp lint free towel using dawn or windex.
