🐾 One year ago today, I had a meet and greet with a sweet, playful, happy, silly, goofy boy named Sid!

Roxy and Sid were playing ball together almost immediately, and he made himself right at home. His mom booked with me right then and there and even felt comfortable enough to leave him with us for a few minutes while she ran home to grab her purse.

At the time, I had no idea how much fuller my life and my heart would become with Sid in it. 💛

What started as a simple meet and greet turned into weekly visits, countless adventures, endless games of fetch, so many photos, and a bond that I cherish so deeply.

It’s hard to believe that one year has already passed since the day we first met. I’m so grateful that Sid and his mom found their way to us, and I can’t imagine this past year without either of them. 🐾🥰

Here’s to one year since the beginning of a very special friendship. 💕🐶

If you ring my doorbell multiple times in a row… just know I’m probably:

• cleaning up dog p**p 💀
• getting the excited, tail-wagging dogs behind the gate so they don’t run out and greet you 😂
• on the ground retrieving a toy that somehow got stuck under something
• cleaning up cat puke (because of course 😅)

There’s usually a lot happening behind the scenes to keep everything safe and running smoothly 🐾💛

I promise I will come to the door!
Just please give me a second, when the doorbell gets spammed, the dogs start barking, whining, running, and jumping, and it actually takes even longer for me to get to the door 😅

They appreciate that I require up-to-date vaccination records for every pet in my care, because they want their pet safe and protected.

They appreciate that I require a detailed client intake form, because they want their pet’s routine, behavior, and needs to be fully understood and cared for.

They appreciate that I schedule exact appointment times, because it creates a calm, structured, and low-stress transition for their pet.

My goal has never been to be the most convenient option, it’s to provide the highest level of care. And the right clients see the value in that. 🐶💕
