Area IV - step up! We complain about lack of events but then we don't enter those that are still trying to run. Closing date is TOMORROW so she didn't make a premature decision. A lot of money is paid out long before the closing date. Course design, officials, travel expenses etc...So canceling is never something an organizer wants to do.
