Hey friends. ❤️

Sorry I’ve been totally MIA. I ended up with bronchitis and pneumonia at the same time, and right when I finally started recovering from that, I got slammed with the new Covid strain (razor blade throat???) I’m still sick, so messages have piled up and I’m really sorry if I haven’t gotten back to you yet.

Life has also decided to throw ten things at me at once. I made the tough decision to homeschool all three of my kids, so things are about to get even busier around here. I also took in a female American Bully mama dog after someone literally kicked her out of their car right in front of me on the highway. She needs a solid rescue placement, so if you know anyone reputable who can take her in, please reach out.

On top of that, I’ve decided to get out of geckos, so I have babies, juveniles, cappuccinos, gravid females, and more. Message me if you want info or photos.

With all this going on, I’m taking a short break from breeding and cutting back on my numbers until I can get my cages fixed and completely redone. Once the rebuild is done and life calms down a bit, I’ll be back at it.

✨Also, if anyone wants to trade rats or reptiles for building me some rat racks, I am very open to that kind of barter. ✨

Back to being a tiny bit ghost for a few days. I have covid, all 3 of the kids have strep throat and one of them also has swimmers ear and a middle ear infection.

Whatever witch I’ve pi**ed off, please accept my sincerest apologies and promise to never do it again 😩😂

This doesn’t even include all the refrigerated medication we’re all on.

Be like Mrs. Connie!

Today, I met a lady named Mrs. Connie.
She found a copperhead on her property around 2 PM. She reached out to various companies, facilities, and animal control. She was either told to kill it or that no one was available, given it was a Sunday.

Mrs. Connie sat with that snake while working on her garden until someone transferred her call to me around 5 PM. She patiently coexisted with this animal for three hours to make sure it could live its life. Now, it’s been relocated just a short distance away.

During that time, she named the snake Mr. Cooper. She was so grateful that Mr. Cooper was going to be safely relocated that she gave me a big hug. She even paid close attention to the tools used and the technique so she could do it herself in the future.

The world could learn so much from people like Mrs. Connie. It’s that simple. It’s that easy. And it’s definitely that meaningful💕

This girl is moving her substrate around and rearranging in her house. If there’s even a sliver of a chance she’s gravid, you can find me at the front of her cage performing this little number for the next 3-5 business weeks 😂

Very much long awaited litter from our beloved Cleo and our very first boa litter ever! 🤩

Tell me… have you ever seen Cleo in person? We bring her to expos every time we go and she’s always been a huge hit with the crowds. She loves the exploration and exercise time. I know I have a couple of folks waiting already but between migraines and my work schedule, I’ve been unable to get photos. I’m off work tomorrow and will be posting them, though!
