With heavy hearts, this is not a post that we want to make, but we urgently need to find a home for Ellie, as her high energy and the small dogs are not mixing well. She would be great as an only pet or a companion with another dog her size; she needs lots of exercise. Due to work, she is in a cage for long periods of time. If you would like to do a meet and greet with Ellie, please reach out.

Adams county vet services helped another dog just like me! Poor Hawkeye was shot with an arrow and is placed with a foster home. There is a GoFundMe up if anyone wants to donate🫶🏻

We didn’t know on March 21st at 7pm that one of our staff members' lives was going to change. When Ellie came in as an emergency, it was bad. It was all hands on deck to ensure this dog received proper treatment and care around the clock. Many hours were spent losing sleep, performing surgeries, changing bandages, and taking her to and from work - you name it, Crystal did it. She wasn’t sure how she was going to take on such a big task, knowing she had four other dogs at home. With a lot of love from the vet and this community, Ellie has had a whole new second chance at life. We received these pics from the trainer and look how happy Ellie Mae is. I wanted to post before and after pictures so everyone can see how long this journey has been❤️🐾
