We need a loving home for just two nights and days for two adorable 11-lb puppies! 🐶💛
They’re already adopted and will be leaving Thursday evening from the Lone Star Pawz Cat Café in Pearland — we just need someone to keep them safe and cozy until transport day.

• Duration: 2 nights / 2 days
• Weight: ~11 lbs each
• Super sweet and easy — just need a soft place to land!
• Must be able to bring them to the Cat Café on Thursday evening for transport.

We need a very short-term foster for two husky puppies 🐾. They are already adopted and leaving on transport 10/16, but their current foster can no longer keep them until then.

💙 Just need a safe, loving place until transport day.
💙 You’ll need to bring them to the Lone Star Pawz Cat Café for their health certificate and on transport day.
💙 All supplies and support provided.

Astro has been given his second chance thanks to Lone Star Pawz stepping up to tag and save him from BARC. But he can’t make it without a foster home right away.

At only 6 months old, Astro is still just a baby. He came into the shelter abandoned and scared, but has shown his gentle, waggy personality and even offers playful bows on walks. Despite kennel stress and a recent respiratory infection, he continues to try—he loves walks, settles after playtime, and responds so well to encouragement.

👉 Now it’s up to us. Without a foster to step in, Astro’s future is uncertain.

🌞 Meet Sunshine – A True Survivor Ready for Love! 🌞

These pictures tell Sunshine’s story. 💛

She was found abandoned on acreage in Hempstead after her owner passed away, carrying a painful 5 lb. mammary tumor. A kind man began feeding her and reached out for help. Thanks to the compassion of several rescuers, Sunshine received surgery to remove the tumor and has since been spayed and started her road to recovery.

Now, Sunshine needs the next step in her journey—
✨ A long-term foster (or forever home!) while she completes her heartworm treatment.

🚨 URGENT MEDICAL FUNDRAISER: Help Luna, Tom & Other Adult Rescue Cats Thrive 🐾

At Lone Star Pawz, we never turn away an adult cat in need. Whether they’re battling chronic illness or simply overlooked because of their age, they deserve love, healing, and a second chance.

This year alone, we’ve placed 163 adult cats into forever homes—with nearly a third rescued from BARC, a high-kill shelter in Houston. Many arrived with serious medical needs. We say “yes” to every one—but that commitment comes with real financial strain.

💔 Luna is currently fighting stomatitis, a painful condition that makes eating agonizing. She needs urgent dental treatment to live comfortably.

😿 Tom, an FIV-positive sweetheart, just underwent a full mouth extraction to relieve his suffering. He’s now healing beautifully, but the cost of his surgery and care was significant.

➡️ We’ve paid the bills for both Luna and Tom—because their lives matter. But it’s left us short on funds for the many other cats still in our care who also need medical support.
