The Companion Animal Parasite Council's latest forecast highlights the growing prevalence of vector-borne diseases such as anaplasmosis, ehrlichiosis, heartworms and Lyme disease in pets across the US. The expansion is largely attributed to shifting populations of ticks and mosquitoes.
