My Great Pyrenees dog, Blythe, was taken by a coyote right in front of me in broad daylight. I was only about 20 feet away when it grabbed him and disappeared into the woods.
I chased after them and somehow found him lying completely still in a small clearing. For a moment, I truly thought he was gone. I called his name, and slowly, his eyes turned toward me. Then his curled tail gave the tiniest little twitch. ❤️
Blythe is now fighting in the emergency hospital with broken ribs, a punctured lung, and other serious injuries. He has been stabilized, but his temperature is still fluctuating.
He is a fighter, and I’m holding onto hope. Please keep my sweet boy Blythe in your thoughts and prayers. 🙏❤️🐾
