On July 21, 2023, I have lost one of my dogs while camping at the Alamosa Campground in Colorado. My baby is dearly missed. If anyone will see her, please contact me immediately. I suspect someone stole her.
Please spread the word, she needs to come home to her family 😢

3rd attempt to Mt. Evans with Arthur, Lacey, and Bonnie.
Never hiked a more difficult trail as this one before, but the scenery was worth it. Four days later my feet still tingle. Made it to Chicago Lakes where the guys refreshed, then we continued to Summit Lake, but never made it to the summit. Storm was moving in so about 1/4 mile from Summit Lake we turned back. I had to practically slide down on my ass how steep was the trail, not to tumble down to the bottom. How the dogs did it, I don't understand. We caught a short shower of hails by Chicago Lake on way down, but then it was sunny again. Great trip, regardless.
