SALES POLICY

We are adding a sales policy to protect us and our bunnies, before inquiring about a rabbit please read fully! Thanks in advance.
1. Total cost for any and all rabbits will be sent in a private message due to Facebook rules We will not tolerate any messages requesting discounts. We will also no longer be doing discounts for multiple rabbits. We believe this will make sale overall more effective for us and less expensive for you.
2. We require at 50% NON- REFUNDABLE deposit on all rabbits unless picked up the day after inquiring about the rabbit, the deposit will be refunded if we for some reason back out of the sale, or there are extenuating circumstances. We will be the judge of those. We only do this, so we don’t hold a bunny for someone who backs out last minute. We do understand that things happen, so we will hold you bunny as long as needed, with a deposit.
3. All of the rabbits that we sell, to our knowledge are healthy upon leaving our Rabbitry. We are not responsible for a rabbits health after it leave our Rabbitry. If you are worried about something please look over your rabbit before you leave!! Under no circumstances do we intentionally sell a sick rabbit, that being said we cannot be held responsible for a rabbit that is sick or dies in your care. I don’t control what said rabbit is exposed to outside of my rabbitry, so please do not ask for a replacement or a refund. Stuff like that is out of my control. The same goes if you are using transport, once the rabbit is in the care of the transporter it is no longer my responsibility and I am NOT liable for what may happen.
4. We have the right to cancel or refuse any sale.
5. The only show rabbits that we have as of now are BEW . Everything else is brood or pet quality, due to the VM gene not being showable except for in certain fairs. Furthermore some will be labeled brood, if there is a certain trait making a rabbit pet quality it will be disclosed in the description below the picture of said animal on the sale page.
6. Please bring something to put the rabbit/rabbits in for pick up.
7. We will meet with in 30 minutes of us in all directions at no charge, anything over that we will ask for a fee for gas. That fee will be $20-$40 depending on how far away we are. We do work with transportation!
8. We accept PayPal and cash as payment. You have 24 hours to make a deposit after first expressing interest, after that the rabbit will go back up for sale.
9. We have discounts for all 4-h kiddos!! That being said we only do discounts for our showable rabbits. Please try and refrain from messaging me about a rabbit that you and I both know isn’t showable. That means please don’t take advantage of the discount. If you’re kid isn’t in 4h don’t message. If you aren’t sure what is showable, you can get ahold of your local fair or 4h group to figure that out! Thus, this discount is meant for kids who are serious about 4h and rabbits. If you are just looking for a cheap rabbit please contact your local pet store.
10. ***On babies we will try our very best to s*x them the best we can, but mistakes happen, please understand.
The sales policy applies to EVERYONE please DO NOT contact me if you have not read the policy. This is also not meant to sound rude or disrespectful in anyway. This policy is in place because we have had some of these things happen and we must protect ourselves.
