To the world, Aven might look like a tiny cheetah. He is a young ... Seventh month old - F1 Savannah—a breathtaking boy with a golden-tan coat, bold ink-black rosettes, and tall, listening ears. ✨
But beneath that wild, striking beauty beats the gentlest, most tender soul I have ever known. 🥺
On Tuesday, May 19th, he vanished from our Horizon South community on Front Beach Rd (32413). My lil Guy has never left my side before. 😢
I know in my soul he didn't just wander away. I fear he is trapped—unexpectedly shut inside a dark garage, a quiet shed, or a parked car. Or perhaps someone with a kind heart took him in, mistaking this stunning creature for a lost exotic stray.
We are doing everything humanly possible. A licensed K9 tracking team deployed, the police have an active report on file, and his microchip is flagged. But dogs and badges can only do so much. My greatest hope right now rests with you—the eyes, the intuition, and the compassion of this community. 💕

🇺🇸💛 Here is why I am asking so urgently for your grace...
I am a retired, 100% disabled combat veteran. My entire career was forged in search-and-rescue—rushing toward the danger, dropping into the world most unforgiving corners of land and sea to pull strangers out of the darkness when they couldn't survive alone. 🕊️
💪 "So That Others May Live" was never just a mission. It is the creed I built my entirety around.
💔 I dedicated and risked my life to bringing those I barely knew safely back to their families... but now, the one tether that keeps my own world steady has slipped away.
🐾 Aven is far more than a pet. As my registered therapy companion, this little leopard-hearted boy is my peace when the memories get too loud, my calm after the storms, and my daily healing. 💗
✨ For over two decades, I answered the call when others were in crisis. Tonight, with a heavy and humble heart, I am the one quietly asking to be rescued. 🥺
