Hello everyone- I am trying out a text reminder system in order to cut down on no shows. I understand that things come up, illiness can’t be planned for, and sometimes we just forget things, but it makes managing my schedule difficult, and doesn’t give me the opportunity to fill open slots. So, for now I will be inputting each week’s appointments into the system on the previous Friday. As new appointments are booked they will be put in the day they are scheduled (hopefully 🤪). If you need to change an appointment, please call or text me at 217-820-4561. The number that sends the reminders does not come back to me. I’m a pretty analog person so bear with me lol. If you hate text reminders, simply reply STOP and you will not be sent reminders. Thank you and happy weekend 🐶

Hello everyone ! The sunshine lately makes me hopeful that winter over, and it’s so busy it feels like the spring rush has already begun! I’m currently booked well into March so please book your grooming appointments ahead of time! I have put a hold on accepting new clients for now, but may open up a few spots if things ease up a bit. I have had several inquiries regarding the unidentified canine respiratory virus that has been reported in the news. To the best of my knowledge, there have not been any reported cases in our area. However, pet owners should be proactively protecting their pets’ health. Please make sure your dogs are up to date on all vaccinations including bordetella and canine influenza. Avoid visiting dog parks and pet stores where your dog may come in contact with dogs of unknown vaccination status. If you do frequent those areas, we ask that you quarantine your pets for 2 weeks prior to coming for grooming or boarding. If you notice any of the symptoms listed in the attached article, please contact your veterinarian. We continue to clean and sanitize between pets and throughout the day to minimize spread of disease. We also are not accepting dogs for services that have traveled from out of state. Please contact your veterinarian if you have any concerns!

Hello everyone! The holidays are rapidly approaching and I only have a few grooming spots open before Thanksgiving. December is also getting full. I appreciate everyone who has pre booked their appointments to ensure your beloved pets get in when you want!
