Hello Everyone just wanted to tell you a little about my self and how i got started with this awesome business J-Pecs! For years I worked for other cleaning companies as a independent contractor, I would be told what we needed to clean and what not to clean and we had to get each cleaning done in a set amount of time and we usually had 3 cleans to complete each day. Every day I worked, usually around the end of the day I would be so upset, this was because I knew that these wonderful people i just spoke with during my cleans that were always so nice to me were being riped off and taken advantage of and i hated it but there was nothing I could do or say because these owners would have both clients and employees sign a document called a non compete. They were being charged top dollar for cleans that were never done correctly in my opinion usually due to the time constraint because the owners of all of the cleaning companies i worked for wanted quantity more then quality to make more money for themselves because we surly were not being paid what we were worth and that's being nice about it! And then they would eventually loose both the client and the employee for Quantity !!! They only cared about the money they brought in that was it and it made me sick!!
Now im the type of person that will help anyone with anything as long as I am capable of doing it so of course this just broke my heart and made me more angry! So I finally looked into what it would take to open my own business so I could treat my clients they way they should be treated and then I opened it back in march of 2018! I was so happy and so proud of myself ! It has been a journey and the cleaning business is not ment for the light hearted but its been an amazing blessing for myself and my family! I have learned so much in the last few years with this business and I can not wait to learn even more ! This page im just getting started with but my hopes are that it will be just as great as my actual business has been! Well that's the very small summery of how my business got started and i hope it helped answer some curious questions!
