Plush Lop: So I have some unfortunate news. I’m 99% positive that Rook has lost his ability to reproduce. He’s not even that old so 🤷🏻‍♀️ I have been bre.ding him to one of my plushy crosses, Annie, for a year and she’s never had any babies. I bre.d him to my Mini Plush Lop, Maye, most recently twice in a row without anything to show for it. She’s proven, so I know it’s not her. I will be taking him to the vet, but it’s looking like he will be up for consideration for a pe.t life here pretty soon. In the meantime I’ll be seeing if Annie is able to have a litter with one of my Holland Lop boys. She’s gotten so amazing at building nests, I hate to not give her an opportunity to have some bab.ies, after all this time.

Hey friends! I know there’s a few of you patiently wait.ing for a Netherland Dwarf baby. Unfortunately Flurry did not have a successful bir.th and Cookies didn’t have any babies. I’m sorry the success rate for my ladies hasn’t been too good.

But I’m expecting my Polish lady, Marina, to have Pete bab.ies next month. Which means they will be a mixed dwarf bre.ed, Polish x Netherland Dwarf.

I also hope for Cookies, Flurry and Dahlia to have Netherland Dwarf bab.ies this time next month (currently working on getting all the ladies bre.d). Thank you for your support and patience. I appreciate everyone for being here for the ups and downs and of course the adorableness of our adventures! 🥰

Netherland Dwarf: These two littles are 6 weeks old! For now I will be holding onto the chocolate otter girl, since she's the only living baby Flurry has ever had, after a year of trying. The little blue chinchilla boy may be going to the next person on the wait. list, but I need another week or so to decide.

Netherland Dwarf: And so it goes, that tiny dwarf babies hop inside hay feeders, but cannot hop out. And therefore, must be rescued :)

Birth Announcement! Blue Storm has 3 Holland Lop babies this time! Two magpie and one shaded variety (tbd). She’s on the bigger side so I’m surprised only 3 🤷🏻‍♀️
