I can not hold bunnies for over 2 weeks after payment and pick up date has been determined, Just do not have the cage space to hold at this time …SO PLEASE HAVE ARRANGEMENTS MADE FOR PICK UP MEET !!! I require pickup to be set by 1 week after said bun is ready to go!!! Before inquiring about any of my babies please make sure you read and understand the full sales policy.

tee a show/breeding result.
2. We require a 50% deposit to hold babies, balance to be paid in full at age 5 weeks old. Pick up will be determined at 7 weeks of age. We only hold if there is a delay in a transport, or it has been previously discussed and we have cage space. Weaned juniors and seniors must be paid in FULL to reserve. There is also a $10.00 holding fee per week that must be paid in advance if you miss a pickup date that isn't related to transport.Also if we are asked to hold your bunny a $10.00 a week fee must be paid in advance!!!! If you do not keep me informed when there is a problem with pickup you may forfeit your deposit/full payment and the bunny will either be kept or reposted. We will notify you,and if you do not respond,you automatically forfeit any monies paid and forfeit bunny!!!!
4. Prices are non-negotiable.
5. Deposits are non-refundable.
6. We do not knowingly sell any sick babies. Our babies will be healthy to the best of our knowledge when they leave the barn. We are not responsible for the their health after it leaves.
7. We are not responsible for any vet costs.
8. We have the right to cancel or refuse a sale. If a deposit has been payed after WE decide to cancel the sale that is the only time a deposit may or may not be returned! This is on a case by case basis,and refund will be determined case by case..!
9. All bunnies are purebred unless otherwise stated.
10. Please bring your own carrier on pick up.
11. We accept PayPal ( send to someone you trust or Friends and Family Option only or add 3.8 % extra in fees,) Zelle and Venmo
12. We will answer any questions you may have to the best of our knowledge.
13. You cannot change the prefix and it must remain on the pedigree as is!
14. Sexing animals at a young age can be difficult. Sometimes we tell the wrong s*x by mistake. Please keep that in mind when you purchase a young animal. We do check several times and try to be as accurate as possible. But a mistake can happen! We will Trade for right s*x or you may wait till next available litter..No Refunds will be made on a mistaken s*x...
15. We are not responsible for any conflicts between buyer and transporter .
16. If for any reason you are unable to keep any of our babies you must offer them back to me before selling to anyone else!! This is usually without refund! We do make some exceptions…If we can not take them or have space we will tell you and then you can move on to next option!! PLEASE ABIDE BY THESE RULES IN POLICY! Please refresh yourselves on the basic common courtesy of First Right of Refusal! It is a minimal act of etiquette that you offer a breeder their stock back before selling, regardless of the breeder specifically requesting it. My policy discloses that ALL pedigreed Triple C ‘S rabbits are covered under a First Right of Refusal agreement. If you have no respect for me as a breeder than don’t bother with this but be guaranteed that you will never get another rabbit from my barn again! The # 16 Rule is not being followed!! You as buyers agree to this !

Once in a while people contact us trying to donate the remaining items from their deceased rabbit, and we're deeply moved by their loss. However, we always ask the cause of death to ensure that nothing contagious is brought to the rescue.
In this particular case, a lady's bunny, who was only 5 months old, had a severe intestinal blockage.
In rabbits, a blockage in the intestines can cause a rupture if it leads to a build-up of gas and fluid, leading to severe distention and potentially fatal complications.
She was able to bring her bunny, Danny, to the vet, but he passed away despite all the medical attention.
According to the lady, the veterinary was stunned to see how distended the poor Danny's belly was.
Upon necropsy undigested seeds and corn kernels were found inside his digestive contents.
Upon reviewing what could possibly be the cause, she then realized that what had changed in his diet was the addition of a corn treat, which unfortunately is widely sold in pet stores and not safe for rabbits, despite the fact that the bag has a picture of a rabbit.
Said treat might be safe for rodents, but definitely not for rabbits, who are lagomorphs, and their digestive system is designed for processing fibrous plant matter, not seeds.
Some seeds, like corn kernels and Canadian peas, have hulls that are indigestible and can cause life-threatening intestinal blockages.
Let's learn from this heartbreaking experience and make a conscious effort to provide our rabbits with a safe and healthy diet.
Let's be their voice and advocate for their well-being.
They only have us to care for them and ensure they live a happy and healthy life.

POTENTIAL OWNER: How much is the bunny?
BREEDER: $250
POTENTIAL OWNER: What?? It's way too expensive!!
BREEDER: What do you think would be a good price?
POTENTIAL OWNER: No more than $50. You breeders are so over priced.
BREEDER: I am sorry you see it this way, why don't you try breeding yourself?
POTENTIAL OWNER: But I've never done it!
BREEDER: For FREE I can teach you how to do it, and in addition you will have the knowledge to do it again.
POTENTIAL OWNER: Perfect, thank you, I'll try it out!
BREEDER: To start you will need a quality doe(average cost $200 and up). Also a male(average cost $200 and up). You will need to show them to their championship to show they meet the breed standard(Minimal $100-400 per show with travel & fees not including any registration or grand champion fees). On top of that you'll need extra time to raise and help with the litters, provide daily care, clean their enclosures, feeding, grooming, socializing, and posing them.
POTENTIAL OWNER: But I don't have that much money or that much extra time...
BREEDER: You will also need
a scale, tattoo gun, show table, cages, thermometer, latex gloves, sanitizer, scissors, nail trimmers, heating pad, nest boxes, bedding, cleaning supplies, toys for enrichment, appropriate food with supplements for mothers, formula, medications & hand feeding supplies in case of emergency.... just to name a few things to get you started in the right direction.
POTENTIAL OWNER: But I don't have all these things!
BREEDER: For $1000-5000 you can buy them.
POTENTIAL OWNER: Ummm .... You know, I think it might be better if I just buy a bunny.
BREEDER: Wise decision.
For us breeders there are no vacations or holidays, while you go to visit with family & friends we are home at our rabbits side caring for them. It is a no breaks commitment.

When you choose a professional you don't only pay for the rabbit but also:
Tools, knowledge, experience, love, time, sacrifices, etc. -

Although all buns have to go, I do have some that are a little higher than others but they have been ⬇️⬇️⬇️as much as possible. So please be respectful, i’d love to be able to just say hey come get them, but i do need to be compensated, and if you can’t afford it please tell me DONT JUST GHOST ME!
REMEMBER JUST LIKE ANY CRITTER IT DOES COST TO RAISE THEM RIGHT and give them attention and love!!!
It is actually disheartening when folks keep wanting me to basically lose $$ on them!
i have others that are only for pets and they are a small
$$amount.. Some who knows🤦🏻‍♀️
i work with a lot of folks!
But please i respect. you and your decision so please respect mine!!
