A legend. A true survivor.

This incredible wild b***o is the only one known to have naturally healed in the wild after surviving the brutal attacks in the Triangle of Death. One of a kind, this remarkable b***o is a living testament to resilience, strength, and the healing power of freedom.

Today, he or she continues to roam freely with a herd on one of the DL properties.

We ask everyone to please respect this b***o's freedom and refrain from calling to report that rescue is needed. While the b***o is on the thin side, the herd has access to food and water, and we will continue to monitor them from a distance.

The very thing that helped this b***o survive and heal was remaining with his or her family. The best thing we can do now is allow this survivor to continue living freely among the herd that has played such an important role in that recovery.

A true legend. A true survivor. A symbol of the strength and spirit of America's wild b***os ♥️

What started out as a fun getaway into the mountains with my uncle Running Elk and my Ride or Die Ghost 👻 quickly it became bittersweet. We saw two herds of wild horses, one of which had the most adorable little boy in town. We get a little further up the road and run into a Park Ranger. He tells us it just down the road. They have a trap set and are conducting a round up. I immediately thought of a little baby and my heart sank into my stomach. Mind you we were 10+ miles out of town up in the mountains. There was no reason whatsoever for them to be removed from there. My heart breaks for them truly….

This was the day we saw the wild horses that were being rounded up. I felt so bad for them. I came home and let the girls out to run for a while. I wish I had enough land that all the wilds had a place that they could never be taken from again…. ***os

It’s hard to tell that these girls were wilds. In less than a year such a beautiful bond has grown between them and I. Every day since they arrived has been filled with such great purpose.
