🌅🐾 Nelly went on her final adventure.
Don’t be too sad — it was peaceful, and she was surrounded by all the people she loved ❤️

She truly lived the dream life of a golden girl:
🐕‍🦺 Swam in the Mosel River in Germany
🌊 Splashed in the English Channel
🚲 Cruised through Copenhagen in her bike trailer like a queen
🍇 Rolled in the mud of French vineyards
✨ Slept under the stars and tested everything from tents to luxury hotels — all in the name of “research,” of course.

There was the legendary gingerbread house incident (and yes, 16 cinnamon buns 😋), the secret solo walks, and countless adventures that always led her home.

Over 70,000 of you followed her journey — but her greatest followers were always her family, who loved her endlessly through every muddy pawprint and golden sunset. ❤️

This isn’t really goodbye.
Just… see you later.
Somewhere with snow to dig in, sausages to steal, and endless mud to roll in. 🐾💫

They say the path of Cempasúchil flowers 🌼 lights up the way, guiding our furry angels back home 💀💜 — a beautiful Day of the Dead tradition that fills our hearts with love, loyalty, and memories that never fade.

This year, 💜 Rocket Dog Rescue supporter Diana Hedblom (foster mom to Eggs!) is creating a beautiful ofrenda — a traditional altar honoring loved ones who’ve passed — at the Mission Cultural Center for Latino Arts in San Francisco. 🇲🇽✨

She’s dedicating it to all the beloved dogs who’ve crossed the rainbow park 🌈 and to the rescue work that continues giving so many pups a second chance at life and love. 🐶💞
