🐾🌈 In Loving Memory of Ernie 🌈🐾

With heavy hearts, the community mourns the loss of sweet Ernie — a goofy, loving soul who touched so many lives in such a short time. 💛

There were hopes of seeing him leave the shelter for a foster home and eventually find the forever family he truly deserved. His playful energy, gentle spirit, and lovable personality made everyone fall in love with him instantly. 🐶✨

Sadly, Ernie experienced a series of severe seizures while at the shelter and was rushed to the ER. Despite every effort made to save him, the seizures caused irreversible brain damage, and he was peacefully helped across the rainbow bridge. 🌈🕊️

Now, sweet Ernie runs free — chasing sunsets, playing endlessly, and feeling no more pain. 🐾☀️ May heaven be filled with open fields, soft grass, and endless treats for this precious boy.

Thank you to for loving and caring for Ernie during his time here on earth. 🤍

Rest peacefully, beautiful boy. You were deeply loved and will never be forgotten. 🕯️💛

Today, we remember Fizzy — a very good girl with a little spicy streak, much like her cousin, and that was all part of her charm. 🐶💛

Fizzy was rescued through
and went on to live a beautiful life filled with love, cups of tea, cuddles, and custard creams. ☕🍪 She brought joy, comfort, and unforgettable memories to everyone lucky enough to know her.

She will be missed deeply, but there is comfort in imagining her reunited with her cousin Snudge, waiting together over the rainbow bridge. 🌈🐾

Their brave boy, Eggbert, is continuing his transition journey — one filled with courage, patience, and unwavering love. Right now, he’s attending acupuncture and physical therapy twice a week as they gently work toward getting him comfortable enough to begin the water treadmill. Every small step forward is a victory worth celebrating. 🌿💫

What makes this journey even more special is that Eggbert is the very first pig this clinic has ever treated — and in the process, he’s touched countless hearts. With every visit, people stop by just to say hello, to check on him, to offer a gentle scratch and words of encouragement. The entire team has quietly wrapped him in their care, rooting deeply for this sweet soul. 🫶🐾

Back at home, his family is creating the coziest healing space imaginable — a barn filled with comfort, warmth, and love. A TV to keep him company, a tiny mini fridge stocked with his favorite snacks — every detail thoughtfully chosen. Because when someone you love is fighting this hard, you surround them with everything that feels like home. 🏡💛

These days are made of patience and small, meaningful progress. Some moments feel light with hope, others carry a quiet heaviness — but through it all, Eggbert continues to show his gentle strength in the most beautiful ways. 🌈

Born on December 23, 2016, Pebbles brought a decade of unconditional love, joy, and companionship. From playful moments to quiet cuddles, every memory she created will forever live on in the hearts of those who loved her. 🐶✨

After a brave battle with bladder cancer, Pebbles was gently laid to rest, surrounded by love. Though her paws are no longer here, her spirit runs free, watching over from above. 🌈🐾

Today, a beloved soul was gently laid to rest after 17 years of loyalty and love. 💔

In the final stage of advanced kidney disease, everything changed—unsteady steps, weakness in the back legs, twitching episodes from toxin buildup, and a persistent cough that slowly worsened. Even through incontinence and the need for extra care, love remained constant, ensuring comfort and dignity until the very end. 🤍

The hardest decision was made not out of surrender, but out of deep compassion—to let go peacefully when comfort could no longer be found. 🌈

And still, the questions linger… Was it the right time? Could there have been more days?
For those who’ve experienced this, you know the weight of that doubt. But beneath it all is a quiet truth:
✨ It was done out of love. Always love.
