Today we said goodbye to two of our mustangs.
They are off to start their lives with a wonderful family and get all the love and training available.
I hope to see them running barrels one day. 🥰

Did you know that we don’t just have horses on our farm.
We have ducks, chickens, pigs, cows, donkeys, mules, horses of course and a peacock!
We are the middle aged McDonald lol 🤣

With that being said, we had some surprise visitors make their way to our farm.

Needless to say, they are now our pet pigs 🤣

We are so excited for Kitty and her soon to be born Foal.
Did you know... The average gestation length in the mare ranges from 320 to 362 days; most mares will foal within 330-345 days of successful breeding.
Kitty was with the stud May 15th - 25th ish.
We are expecting baby foal mid to end of April!

Any guesses on what the foal will be? Boy🩵 or Girl🩷

Meet Kitty, she is one of the horses that we decided to add to our farm over summer 2024. Before we got her, she was used as a broodmare only and lived in a pasture, her only job was to produce Quarter Horse babies. When she arrived our farm, her feet were in very poor condition and she would not let anyone touch her legs of pick up her feet. She was also running with a stud and was said to be bred, however were didnt think she took since she was so skinny.
