SuperZoo 2026. 🐾

36 miles walked.
3 days surrounded by all things pet.
3 days of learning, discovering, connecting, and soaking it all in.

I came home tired, inspired, and with a notebook full of ideas for Ulti-Mutt. 😂

There is SO much to see, learn, and experience in this industry, and I’m grateful I got to be there for it.

Now to put all that learning to work. 🩵🐾

A little SuperZoo recap… and a whole lot of good people. 🐾❤️

I think this first picture pretty much sums up the trip. 😂

Yes, that is my husband getting his face brushed with a 6-foot cat toothbrush. Because apparently that’s what happens when you put a bunch of pet people together. 😂🐱🪥

But honestly, one of my favorite parts of SuperZoo wasn’t the products or even the show floor — it was the people.

Getting to spend time with other independent pet retailers, small business owners, brand owners, and people who understand this crazy little industry we love was pretty special.

There was networking, lots of laughing, new friendships, old friends, great conversations, and probably more than a few stories that will stay at SuperZoo. 😂

I went to learn.
I went to make connections.
I went looking for what’s next for Ulti-Mutt.

And I came home with new ideas, new relationships, and some really great memories. 🩵

Day 2 at SuperZoo 🐾

Today was all about the people behind the products I love carrying at Ulti-Mutt. ❤️

I finally got to meet the amazing woman behind Portland Pet Food — one of the brands I’m proud to have in the store. There’s something pretty special about meeting the people who pour so much heart into what they create.

I also got to meet the people behind Bark Bistro, another favorite of mine. 🐾

And then there was a fun surprise…

Buddy Butter just launched their new squeeze bottle! 👀
And shepherds boy has a NEW freeze dried food!

I got to see it in person, and I’m already excited about bringing it into the store.
I’m always looking for products that I genuinely believe our pets will love and that fit what we’re trying to build at Ulti-Mutt. We are looking at new supplements, freeze dried, gently cooked and frozen foods!

Oh and I got a ton of samples I am bring back for you all 🩵
