Sweet, sassy, bold, brave Harmony went home this weekend. Goodness she reminds me so much of her momma. 🥰 She headed to Alabama where she hopefully will become part of a foundation of a new line of cream and silver poodles there. We sure do miss her s***k around here but know she is well loved and hope to get and share regular updates. ❤️ 🐩

Next to fly the coop was Riff. This boy has stood out to me since he was born. I knew he was going to be special. Composed cuteness with a little rascal side and the most beautiful head and expression. He took a verrrrrrry long trip home to Georgia yesterday which saw traffic delays and rerouting and handled it like a boss. I believe the words "he's an angel" may have been used by his new momma. 🥹 While he will be missed here, I am sure we will get all the pupdates that will keep me feeling close to this wonderful boy. I cannot say it enough times y'all, Lyric makes the absolute best pups. 🩵🐩

But for real Yodel is gonna be the most fun, do anything boy! Amiable, curious, but also serious about his training and cute to boot. He's gonna have it all just like his momma. I have to admit this guy has surprised me as I've watched his temperament development more and more. Someone will be super lucky to have him. 💙🐩

Mix of sad and happy tears this morning as Trill heads off to meet her new family. Her new family just so happens to include another MLP dog so that is really neat to see them add a second girl to their little pack. Trill will probably be bossing Gracie around in no time. 🫣🤣 Afterall, she is a Lyric pup. I took her to Lyric one last time to give her a sniff and send her off with fresh momma kisses on her face. 🥹 I just cannot reconcile no more Lyric pups. They really are magic and those that got them from her 3 litters are very lucky! 🩵🐩

Side note: Pics are pre and post bath. Look at that coat all fluffed up! Lyric does not mess around on putting coat on her kids. 😍

Beautiful Cadence left us yesterday for her new home. She did wonderfully so far and we got rave reviews from her new momma saying she has settled in so quickly and easily in her new digs. I could not be more grateful for this Grand Finale Ensemble of Lyric's. Now seeing them going home is beyond bittersweet. Knowing these are indeed the very last of Lyric's pups truly breaks my heart (yes I've cried). I think even she knows because lately she has been extra clingy with them and hoarding them when she can. 😭 Gah she is such an incredible dog and mother and it has been an honor and a joy to raise her pups. Before anyone asks, no she will not be available at retirement. 😅 Lyric will always and forever be our best girl. 🩶🐩

When the grooming show comes to town and you have pups and a stroller to take them in, you do! This was so much fun as always. So much talent in one room.
