🚨 Important Update for Pet Owners! 🚨

Save This Life, a pet microchip provider, has abruptly shut down. As a result, AAHA has removed them from the Microchip Registry Lookup tool. This means that microchips registered with Save This Life may no longer have owner information linked to their chip number.

🔍 Check Your Pet's Microchip Status!
Use the AAHA Microchip Lookup Tool here: www.aaha.org/for-veterinary-professionals/microchip-search/

If you don’t know your pet’s microchip number, you can have it scanned at your vet’s office, or contact us, and we’ll come to you to scan your pet!

📋 If your pet’s microchip is with Save This Life, please re-register with a different microchip registry. Check out the list of participating registries here: www.aaha.org/participating-companies/

🐾 February is National Pet Dental Health Month! 🐾

This month, let’s prioritize our furbabies’ dental health! Regular dental care is crucial for preventing dental disease and ensuring overall well-being. Here are a few important points to consider:

Talk to Your Vet: Consult your veterinarian about the benefits of dental cleaning surgery. This procedure can help remove plaque and tartar buildup, reducing the risk of more serious health issues.

Post-Cleaning Care: After your pet’s dental cleaning, it’s essential to maintain their oral hygiene. The Veterinary Oral Health Council (VOHC) has a fantastic list of approved dental care products to help keep those pearly whites healthy.

Keeping your pet’s teeth clean not only contributes to their health but can also lead to fresher breath and a happier companion!
