It creates amazing relationships and provides them with appropriate ways to release stress & energy.
Rather than throwing toys on the floor and expecting your dog to know what to do, take charge and make that sh*t fun!!!

This is a shortened glimpse of Maui's 2nd place session.
The first was an introduction earlier in the morning where I set the cot down and as soon as he touched it, I marked and rewarded.
That lasted about 8 mins.
This session lasted about 10-12 mins.
No leash pressure was required.
Just patience.
I started at the house and repeated numerous times.
This was his first time out on this type of walk with me.
This is also about 20 minutes into the walk.

I had some extra time this evening.
It's been a bit of time since or last off leash walk.
* FYI* Yes, I know Rickie never went all the way down. Didn't realize it at the time.
Raven is one of the more energetic Cane Corso that I have been around.
Capping her energy for work is a great method for her.
Her first day working on outdoor recall.
- I'm not even close to worrying about where she ends up yet when she competes her come.
What matters is she is doing with energy and an appropriate behavior at end with the sit!!!

This makes me extremely happy. She went from having zero focus and no engagement to a very happy pup that will continually check in.
- Each dog is different
- Do not get discouraged
- Be consistent
I will admit it , my strongest attribute isn't always "how" I communicate.
