Does anyone know this species. I have two of them. Not sure how to tell if they’re male or female. They are so adorable. I’ve had them about 6 mos and they are finally calming down enough for me to catch a pic. They jump so fast when their enclosures open 🤣🥰

Well….. this morning I went in to see all my babies and got to Cheeto!! I think she may have been sleeping and I put my finger in front of her. Which I always do to all of my babies with my fingernail so that they feel safe to climb on my fingers. She lunged forward and tried to bite my fingernail while throwing up her front legs.

She’s not like this whatsoever, so I’m gonna attribute it to her being asleep and me startling her. Needless to say, I backed up her little enclosure and apologized to her and walked away. The last thing I ever wanna do is startle them or scare them to the point that they feel like they have to defend themselves. I’m sure in a little while she’ll wanna come crawl out of my hand because she’s definitely one that never wants to go back into her enclosure. She’s very very social. Little stinker butt. 🥰😂🤣🤦🏽‍♀️
